The flow of information has grown significantly this last decade and it is a challenge today to be able to manage smoothly all our tasks, information and particularly the continuous flow of daily emails.
Often we may feel that we miss time to do all that has to be done, however we do not need time but good working habits! With some simple habits or techniques it is fully possible to regain controls on our emails and to do lists, and to work again in full serenity. Ultimately, following good habits can lead you to gain a few hours each week!
